I cannot bare to think someone shoots a dog in the back and then the person trying to save his animal gets put on trail! This is so wrong on sooooo many levels!!! I pray the truth comes through. Why don't they go catch some real criminals! oh wait, they would have to arrest each other!!

We are pulling for you here in Colorado! I wish we could attend and offer more real support. Few people these days have the courage to stand up to trash like this so hang in there Mike!

As I read Mike's explanation of why he is under attack, I could see how his law suit challenging the 2006 Tipton County General election for fraud is threatening to almost everyone connected to this outrageous case against him. I think he deserves all of our support & prayers.

Dispite an active federal Civil Rights laws suite against Judge Walker and served on him prior to the begining of the trial, he refused to recuse himself.

Walker has denied over 90% of Mike's objection to the prosecutions but sustain almost 100% of the prosecutions objections in this trial.

Mike has been denied the ability to call material fact witnesses including the State Animal medical examiner Dr. Tina Fisher who did a neocropsy on Brandi and would testify she had no wound to her front area but was shot in the back.  Mike has always said Laxton shot her as she ran to him.

The Judge also denied him asking the private investagator question about the mole on the jury.

And after the Judge and prosecutor were informed my Mike that the PI just identified that Jurror #7 was the mother in-law of the arresting officer, Jeff Fletcher, who Mike is also suing for Civil Rights Violations.  Jurror #7 failed to identify herself under vordier by the state when asking if anyone knew Mike Parsons.  She also failed to identify herself when Mike asked if anyone worked or was related to anyone who worked for any government in Tipton County and if anyone in the jury pool was within 6 degrees of seperation from anyone involved in this case.  No one answered to that one either.

Can you say, inside job?

God 's peace and strength be upon you Mr. Parsons.

Mike,

How are you doing? What is being done to help you? The voice of truth should not be stopped! Surely, a patriot lawyer can help. Someone. It takes money to fight those in power. And, they know it. They prey on people like you and me. E-mail if you want. Take everyday as it comes. That is all I can do as well. I asked Bear200 I think it was that you didn't mention what they actually found you guilty of and how long did they sentence you. This action was and is ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Just keep in your own world and try and shut them out. I hope some rich believer of the voice of truth can come to your rescue. bye for now.

Sincerely,

Honey

I believe in justice for all, regardless of their willness to cooperate and abide by the laws of our land.   Everyone should have their day in court.  But lets face it, just because you don't agree with the laws that our legislators create doesn't excuse you from obeying the laws.  Holding people hostage and threating their lives is a crime, a serious one at that.  I have been a witness to Mr. Parsons' behavior in the courtroom.   Needless to say, it not only didn't help his case, but seriously made him appear arrogant, destructive, threating, and most of all stupid.  Whether he had good legal representation or not, he wasn't going to listen to anyone that could have helped him, especially avoiding the prison sentence that he is now serving at WTSP.  As most people have read his blogs and accounts of events on this site, it make him seem like a victim.  Hell, If I wasn't in the court room and witnessed it all, I would have believed him too.  If you are asked on the stand, "would you agree with the terms of probation?" and your response is, "if it is reasonable" then you deserve prison.  And furthermore, anyone who represents themselves has a fool for a client.  Good luck on your appeals!

@ courtroomman I, too, believe in justice for all, regardless of their willness to cooperate and abide by the laws of our land. After shooting the dog as she was running AWAY from the shooters, proven by autospy that was NOT allowed by the judge in the courtroom (have to wonder why not), and shooting in the direction of Mike and his wife, Pat, why didn't the shooter cooperate with the citizen's arrest, law of the land, and how is conducting a lawful citizen arrest rather than rightful defense holding someone hostage? That totally eludes me. Mike did try to get continuence for the trial to get legal defense that had not admitted they did not want the case & did not want to help. That was denied. Why? After the recorded actions that proved him being set up more than once (also NOT allowed in court), his comment of "if it is reasonable" probably was not as arrogant as it was being cautious. Remember, what you hear only in the courtroom of someone being railroaded is NOT necessarily the whole truth. Please try to actually be as thinking as you try to make yourself sound.

They have you in a bubble, contained. Go national, get on Alex Jones, keep calling them live on air. Break out of the bubble, until you do your situation is compartmentalized, controlled, and contained.
